Please note: Annual Award rule 1a.
Application must be on the forms provided by the Club and NO EMAIL APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The onus is on the applicant to complete the forms fully and correctly, supply the required and correct supporting documentation and to sign them. Further, the onus is on the applicant to ensure the application is lodged with the secretary by the due date.

Applications close on the first Friday of November each year.
The 2025 date for lodgment of Annual Award applications is Friday, 7 November 2025.
Any applications received after that date will not be eligible.
